Densest concentration of 1940s to 1960s homes outside Bay City proper. Nearly every block has original strip oak, much of it still under carpet.
Largest township in the county. Post-war neighborhoods off Euclid and near the State Park are full of 50s and 60s ranches with oak under carpet.
Bay shore township east of Essexville. Mid-century homes along the Center Ave corridor plus older farmhouses with maple and oak.
West side growth township. 60s and 70s ranches with oak floors, plus newer subdivisions generating buff and recoat work on factory-finished floors.
River and shoreline township with older farmhouses and riverside homes. High original-wood incidence and steady water-related repair work.
Small city on the US-10 corridor between Bay City and Midland. Older village core plus 70s ranches, and a gateway to Williams Township work.
Western farm township with century farmhouses and 70s to 80s country builds. Fewer homes but high per-job value in farmhouse restorations.
North county city with an early 1900s housing core. Almost no local refinishing coverage this far north in the county.
Shoreline community with converted cottages and older homes. Water exposure drives repair plus refinish combinations.
Southeast farm country. Century farmhouses among the sugar beet and potato farms, plus overflow from the Essexville and Hampton side.
